Kick start 2011 with 11 top marketing tips
Dianne Edgar, of Insight Marketing Services presented her top 11 tips for the New Year.
New Year, new diary, possibly disturbingly blank? [Except for Business Breakfast Club meetings, of course!] For those that don't know which half of your marketing has worked, have a feeling that some of your customers are more trouble than they're worth, or are perplexed about what to do next, then Dianne's 11 top marketing tips gave us plenty of food for thought.
Dianne is an experienced and energetic marketing and training professional, who has built on her 18 years' marketing consultancy experience at Insight Marketing Services to help companies and organisations at all levels, to achieve their marketing, sales and profit objectives.
Major achievements have included increasing profitability of a group of service businesses in South Wales; helping scientists to market their data, charge a market rate, and win repeat business; increasing take-up of an add-on service through training in a call centre by 30% in one month; and performance improvement coaching, which has resulted in a charity exceeding its support targets.
